This is absolutely amazing, I think you are the first person outside our larger Quantum bubble who is successfully able to visualize the spinflips.

I think in general the contrast could be improved which may be possible using one of the other two diamonds.

Let us know if there’s anything unclear in the documentation or if you need to additional help with anything. We would be very eager to improve the overall user experience.

Yes, I had to try on different diamonds, and optimize the scale

The documentation is clear by navigating is confusing. For example you can flash in two different webpages, the documentation is not so clear where to find it, and the tools for performing the experiments are not well explain, there are several apps in NV-Experimente / ODMR but only one is actually used and it must be learnt by trial and error.

But still, the kit and the whole concept is amazing!

Thanks a lot! And also thanks a lot for your feedback. Indeed, the documentation is something that we are actively work on (and also need to rely on external help since we are “just some nerdy scientists” with the lack of knowledge on how to transport the ideas to the people. That being said: The first round of teaching material has been released: https://quantumminilabs.de/en/anleitungen/

It’S in German for now, but we will be translating this to (at least) English once these documents are somewhat finalized.

Also: I have updated the firmware online. It’s now compatible with the Serial APP openUC2 ODMR — WebSerial Control . It’s the same functionality but does not need Wifi. Only Web Serial (hence needs Chrome). You can update the firmware (now without any hacking) via UC2 ESP32 Firmware Flashing Tool
