Hello All,
I have just received the openUc2 Xiao AI Microscope. I have made no software/hardware changes. When I connect the microscope to my PC or phone, I am able to open the stream at http://192.168.4.1/ but the video stream is completely blank; the camera does not appear to be functioning at all.
Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hey @gil thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we have heard this from a different user already. I think Seeed Studio didn’t do a great job when putting the cameras all together in some cases unfrotunately. Eventually the connection between the Xiao S3 and the Camera board is lost and you have to put it all back together again. If this is too much involved, I guess contacting Seeed Studio direclty is the safest bet. I hope you can fix the device fast! Sorry to hear that
