I am using the qBox recently to do the ODMR experiment, and I have two questions I couldn’t answer from the docs.
The board uses a ADF4351 as VCO, according to the datasheet, the maximum output power is +5dBm but:
- Has anyone measured the actual power at the SMA connector at ~2.87 GHz?
- I think the USB port from a laptop can provide only limited power, what will be the power range when drive the board through a computer? Will it be different if you use a proper power supply?
