Hi Benedict,
I am imaging the some Arabidopsis samples with a few leaves. They are unclear for me to recognize the roots
I am a beginner in microscopy. Could you tell me what parameters can be used to sharper the imaging?

Hey @Yuhao, thanks for posting this image. Indeed, this looks really funky and blurry. Could you use a different sample first to test if there is any issue with the optics? Also, I made an introductory video here: openUC2 FiveD v3 | openUC2 Documentation
Perhaps this helps a bit already? Can you also take a photo of the microscope eventually? Maybe something is misaligned. Was this fluorescence by the way?
How is it going @Yuhao I hope the plants are imaged clearly now?
Hi, @benedictdied! Thanks for your detailed reply. The issue is indeed partly caused by the terrible sample, and wrong setting of Imswitch. After replacing it with a better sample and adjusting the z-axis, I have a clear image now!
Cheers,
Yuhao
Beautifully horrifying
Thanks for sharing!
