Together with some folks from Göttingen, we want to revamp the off-axis holographic imaging device. This is the first important step to have the rotation done. It’S the sample aquarium from the light-sheet microscope, but with an important add-on: a rotational axis that is in the center of the cube. This can also be come useful for the lightsheet but we will use it for rotation the sample and capturing different components from the k-space over time.
